  • Partial Refund: If some credits have been used (e.g., consumed credits, generated tasks), the refund amount will be calculated based on remaining unused days or credits.
  • No Refund: Refunds are not allowed after 7 days.

One-Time Paid Services (e.g., Supply)

  • If purchased within 48 hours and no credits have been used, a full refund can be requested. Otherwise, refunds are not allowed.

Special Cases

  • For situations caused by program bugs, such as duplicate charges or missing credits, refunds can be requested after verification.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

  • User Subjective Reasons: Refund requests due to personal changes (e.g., no longer needing the service) or insufficient understanding of product features.
  • Forgotten Usage: Vidfly subscription benefits reset monthly. We understand users may occasionally forget active subscriptions, but refunds cannot be issued in such cases. This policy aligns with industry standards to ensure fairness for all users.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and notify you of the outcome promptly. If approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or third-party payment platform.
